Mission It is the mission of Kattner Orthodontics, Ltd. to be the leading orthodontic specialty office in the region offering our patients and their families the highest quality care in a professional environment. The patient “experience” in our office is our central focus, which means we will treat our patients and each other with respect and compassion. Honesty and integrity are integral to who we are and the way we go about offering treatment to those who choose to be part of our patient family. My treatment philosophy focuses more on "how" than on "what." I believe in a comprehensive patient treatment approach that is not only about technical excellence, but also about treating you and your family with respect. I don’t only want to help straighten your teeth and correct your bite but I also want to share in your life. I can’t think of anything more satisfying than to come to "work" and spend the day with my "friends." Getting to know you and those things you hold dear helps me understand your personal value system allowing treatment to be truly customized. I’ve always tried to be a good communicator and take pride in helping patients understand their need for treatment and what can be accomplished through today’s modern orthodontic techniques. I favor non-extraction, non-surgical treatment approaches and will always offer treatment options when they are indicated to better meet your goals and expectations. I encourage my patients to ask questions and believe that it is important that parents be invited into the Clinical Treatment Room to observe the quality of care their children are receiving and to ask any questions they may have. I am proud of my dental orthodontic team and feel confident that we all, together, will make your experience in my office a memorable one. – Dr. Kattner Office Hours We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours: Monday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tuesday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. We offer Saturday and evening appointments once a month. Appointments Appointment times in our office are reserved specifically for you. To assist us in running on schedule for both you and other patients, we kindly request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Of course the busyness of everyday life presents certain challenges and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your schedule without interruptions whenever we can.
